On a hot summer day, a chilled glass of lassi gives us perfect relief from the heat. In this recipe there is a slight twist by adding blueberries to the regular lassi. Enjoy the glass of blueberry lassi either with breakfast or lunch, it tastes great.

1 cup curd/ plain yogurt
1/2 cup washed Blueberries
2- 3 tbsp honey/sugar (adjust according to taste)
Few tablespoons of water (don’t use more water if the curd is not too thick)
Pinch of Cardamom
1)Combine all the ingredients in the blender and blend them well.
2) Now either you can strain it or serve it directly into the glasses.
