-Preheat oven to 350 degree F.
-Line cupcake tray with liners or grease it with butter or oil.
-Mix all purpose flour, Oats powder, baking soda and baking powder in a bowl and keep it aside.
-Mash one over riped banana in a separate bowl with fork.
-Once banana is turned into thick paste, add oil and mix well.
-Now add sugar, curd, vanilla essence and mix well.
-Once all wet ingredients are mixed well, add in the dry ingredients slowly and mix well. Do not over mix the mixture. You can use a spatula to mix everything well.
-Add chopped walnuts and mix again. Reserve few walnuts for garnish.
